- Women – Women are also the primary beneficiaries as they can also get involved in the business and get benefit from it. There are various training schools in the country which train women in making different crafts – bamboo crafts, candles, paper crafts, jewellery etc. Our enterprise also helps those women by selling their crafts and providing them with employment opportunities.
- Uneducated, Unemployed and Deprived People – These people can also be the primary beneficiaries. Trainings can be given to them which enable them to start producing various crafts which can be sold in different markets and help them to be more independent financially.
- Ethnic segment of societies or communities as Shakyas and Sunars (Gold and Silversmiths), Tamrakars (Metal craftsmen), Shilpakars (smelters and moulders, fine art artists for casted and moulded objects), Shilpakar (wood carvers, sculpturors and stone carvers), Tamang Lama and Chitrakars (Thanka Printers), Kumhale (Potters), Bishwakarma for Kaamis (Khukuris and other blacksmiths), Textile weavers (Palpali & local and community based Dhaka cloths woven by mostly helpless deprived and discarded women, forcefully divorced by their husbands and widows leading miserable life.
- Local business enterprises that supply and sell main and auxiliary raw materials, tools and equipments will be the secondary beneficiaries.
People in the communities will have the opportunity to make money using their traditional talents creating the sustainable business in the society. Once the business grows, more training opportunities will be created for the locals which, will eventually create more job opportunities. It will help to obtain better condition of life of the people involved in the business. Once the community people get benefited from the business, it will help in the community development, which in turn will help in social development. The business is measurable as the goals of the enterprise are obtainable and can be achieved through the mutual cooperation between the local community and the existing markets (local, national and international). As the business is using local resources, knowledge and manpower in producing the crafts, it is considered to be attainable and realistic.
